Sports Physicals

To participate in sports/clubs during the 2019-2020 school year, all participants must register online before the first try-out or practice. Last year the LHS Athletic Department used a program called FamilyID for online sports registration for our families. We are excited to announce that this year JMS will also be using FamilyID for online sports registration. No more paperwork!!!! Please see attached flyer.
