The Optimist Club of St. Clair Shores is sponsoring a National Coney Island Night Fundraiser for Lakeview’s Junior Optimist Clubs on Wednesday, January 15, from 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM at the Lakeview High School Cafeteria. All funds raised will go towards this year’s Kids Against Hunger Campaign. This is the 10th year that Lakeview’s Kindergarten – 12th grade students have been involved with the Kids Against Hunger campaign of providing 20,000 meals annually for local, national and global disaster relief.
