Flu/COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Tuesday, November 15, 2022

Lakeview Public Schools is partnering with BlueRX Pharmacy  to host a Flu and Covid19 Vaccination Clinic for our community. BlueRX will directly bill your insurance. Please bring your ID, health insurance card, and Covid19 vaccination card (if you are receiving a Covid19 vaccine). 

WHEN: Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 3-5 p.m.

WHERE: Lakeview HS Auditorium Lobby (21100 E. Eleven Mile)
